Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Sponsor of this contest is European Goldsmith Ltd., located at
109-2900 Pandosy Street, Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada.

2. Contest Period

The contest begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on March 1, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 1, 2026.

3. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at
the time of entry. Employees of European Goldsmith Ltd., its affiliates, and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

Automatic Entry with Purchase: Each engagement ring purchase made during the Contest Period qualifies for one (1) entry into the draw.

No Purchase Necessary: To enter without a purchase, mail a handwritten letter including your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and a 50-word statement explaining why you would like to celebrate with European Goldsmith.

Mail-in entries must be postmarked during the Contest Period and received on or before November 1, 2026. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. A purchase does not increase the odds of winning.

5. Finalist Selection

Thirty (30) finalists will be selected by random draw on November 3, 2026, in British Columbia from all eligible entries received.

The selected finalists will be notified by email and must respond by
November 7, 2026, to confirm attendance at the live Anniversary Celebration Draw event on November 19, 2026.

6. Live Draw Event

The Grand Prize winner will be selected live at the Anniversary Celebration Draw on November 19, 2026. Confirmed finalists must be physically present to be eligible to win. If a confirmed finalist does not attend, they forfeit their opportunity to win, and an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Prize

One (1) winner will receive their choice of one (1) of the following
prizes:

Option A: A $3,000 CAD
honeymoon fund, payable by cheque.

OR

Option B: A $4,000 CAD jewellery shopping spree at European Goldsmith (retail value $4,000 CAD). The prize will be issued as a non-transferable store credit, valid in-store only, and applies to merchandise purchases only. The store credit has no cash value,
must be used by September 30, 2027, and cannot be applied toward previous purchases. The winner is responsible for applicable sales taxes.

The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the prize ranges from $3,000 CAD to $4,000 CAD, depending on the option selected.

The prize must be accepted as awarded and is non-transferable. No substitutions will be permitted except at the Sponsor’s discretion.

8. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared the winner, the selected entrant must correctly
answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question without assistance.

9. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries
received during the Contest Period.

10. Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow European Goldsmith Ltd. to use their name, city of residence, and photograph for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating in this contest, entrants agree to release and hold
harmless European Goldsmith Ltd., its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, damages, or losses
arising out of or related to participation in the contest, attendance at the live event, or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.

12. General Conditions

European Goldsmith Ltd. reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the contest if necessary due to technical issues, fraud, or other factors beyond its reasonable control.

This contest is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and applicable Canadian federal laws.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of this contest and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
